MINT
Himalyan mint leaves have a pleasant, fresh, aromatic flavor with a cool aftertaste. Mint was originally used as a medicinal herb to treat stomach aches and chest pains. Mint tea is a strong diuretic; it also aids in digestion. The traditional use of mint has been to ward of colds (as it contains Vit.C and Vit.A) To Use: Additive to lemon juice with water, crushed to give an amazing flavour to curd, as well as boiled potatoes. It is also used in Indian foods and gravies to give it a subtle but characteristic flavour.
